At some point in our lives, we all need to escape into a world away from others. It makes us reflect and put our minds in perspective. I do that by reading books. Not just any books but self-help books that help me better understand myself and others. I have been lucky to live in a town that has a library with vast collections of books imaginable and I've come across really great titles. You don't have to buy them.Visit your library and you'll be surprised what you will find.
Here are some I can recommend:
1. Why Is It Always About You- Sandy Hotchkiss
2. The Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People- Stephen Covey
3. The Butterfly Effect: How Your Life Matters- Andy Andrews
4. Simplify- Joshua Becker
