a beautiful mind. .
Stress has always been a part of my life. I work in the medical field and everyday I am surrounded by worries,pressure and problems. I wanted to do something that will take off stress from my everyday life. I tried going to the gym but always,always end up not coming back .I fell in love with yoga a couple of years ago. It clears my mind of everything.My body and mind connects to each other and I am instantly relaxed. The benefits of yoga may seem small in the beginning but as time goes by, I discovered that I feel more calm and happy.Little things don't seem to matter anymore.. If you want to try it, look for a class in your area or buy a dvd and save a lot of cash.
